摘要
目的探讨迁延性乳腺炎的外科治疗方式及其疗效。方法选择解放军159中心医院2012年1月至2013年6月收治的31例迁延性乳腺炎患者的临床资料，根据患者病情给予对症手术治疗，部分配合使用乳房整形术。结果本研究患者治疗后痊愈29例，痊愈率为93．5％，满意率为77．4％，整体满意度较好。随访12个月复发2例，复发率为6．5％，临床疗效较为满意。结论根据患者病情给予针对性治疗，彻底清除病灶，有效降低复发率，配合应用乳房整形术，提高患者的生存质量。
Objective To investigate the surgical treatment method of persistent mastitis and the efficacy. Methods The clinical data of 31 cases of persistent mastitis in 159th center hospital of PLA from January 2012 to June 2013 were selected, all of the patients underwent operation according to their condition, appropriate breast plastic surgery were given. Results After treatment, 29 cases were cured, the cure rate was 93.5%. By patients self-assessment, the satisfaction rate was 77.4% , the overall satisfaction was good. All of the patients were followed up for 12 months, the postoperative recurrence rate was 6.5% （2 cases） , the clinical efficacy was satisfactory. Conclu- sions Giving targeted treatment under the patient＇s condition can completely remove the lesions, effectively reduce the relapse rate, and improve the quality of life of patients with the application of breast plastic surgery.
