摘要
食品中重金属污染严重影响人体健康,其中As、Hg等重金属检测是食品安全检测中的重要项目。通过对食品中As、Hg痕量分析原子荧光法(AFS)测定过程中的重要控制因素进行分析探讨,包括样品空白值控制、样品前处理、检测条件控制,以期使得原子荧光光谱法对食品中As、Hg痕量分析结果得到更好地控制。
Heavy metal pollutions in food seriously affected human health. The detection of heavy metals such as As,Hg is an important item in food safety test. This paper discussed some important factors influencing the trace determination of total(As) and hydrargyrum(Hg) in samples by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry(AFS): including the control of sample blank, sample pretreatment,and the control of test condition, which makes the measurement of total As and Hg by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry more manipulable.
