摘要
随着旅游目的地争夺游客的竞争态势越来越激烈,确定并选择适宜的竞争战略是目的地规划者和管理者亟待解决的问题。本文致力于探讨可持续发展观下目的地竞争战略的选择问题,在阐述Porter的基本竞争战略、Gilbert的竞争战略框架和Poon的弹性专门化的基础上,提出了可持续发展旅游目的地的竞争战略应基于突出独特性卖点的差异化战略,在市场导向的基础上,从低产量中实现高回报。
Destination planners and managers must choose fittingcompetitive strategy, with the trend of fury competition. Firstly, the articlediscusses Porters generic strategy, Gilberts strategic framework andPoons flexible specialisation. Secondly, it addresses sustainabledestination should choose differentiation strategy based on unique sellingpoints, which can be consisted with market oriented and make more profitsfrom lower volume.
