摘要
提出了一种非传统链传动的传动方式及实施方法,在该传动中,链条固定,链轮转动并移动,解决一些常规链传动无法完成的工况。安装方便、使用经济。文中特别是对该新型传动方式中涉及到的曲线导轨、导轨滑座以及接触滚轮进行了详细设计及分析,并将该传动方式成功应用到某工程切割装置上,实现了该装置在空间竖直大平面内的精确定位及曲线运动。该传动方式的具体实施方案,有重要的工程应用价值,为机械传动提供了一种新型方式。
This paper proposes a way of unconventional chain transmission and its implement method. In this new chain drive,the chain is fixed and drive sprocket rotates and moves. This transmission can solve some operations that the conventional chain transmissions cannot complete,convenient installation and economic usage. The curve guide,slide carriage and contact roller are designed and analysed in detoil. Such a transmission has been applied to a certain cutting device successfully,which realized the accurate locating and curve motion in spatial vertical large planes. This transmission has important engineering application value,and it offers a kind of new way for mechanical transmission.
