人工感染嗜水气单胞菌对黄鳝血细胞的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用不同浓度嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)感染健康黄鳝(Monopterus albus),采用血细胞计数、血涂片及显微测量等方法分别测定感染24 h、48 h、72 h后各组黄鳝血细胞数量,红细胞长、短径。结果表明:随着处理组菌浓度增加,感染24 h的黄鳝红细胞浓度逐渐减小,感染48h和72h的呈先增大后减小的变化趋势,但各处理组差异不显著;感染后白细胞中主要是嗜中性粒细胞、单核细胞核淋巴细胞在血细胞中所占百分比显著升高。 Healthy Monopterus albus were artificially infected with different concentrations of Aeromonas hydrophila. The blood cells were examined by the methods of blood count,blood smears and microscopic measurement when M. albus was infected for 24 h,48 h and 72 h. The results showed that with the elevation of A. hydrophila concentration,the concentration of erythrocytes decreased,or firstly increased and then decreased,however,no significant differences were investigated among the treatments. The percentage of leukocyte,mainly neutrophils,monocytes and lymphocytes increased obviously.
