摘要
目的探讨整体护理干预在妇产科失血性休克抢救中的应用效果。方法将2013年1月—2014年6月本院采用整体护理干预后收治的80例妇产科失血性休克患者作为观察对象,同时回顾性收集2012年1月—2012年12月本院未采用整体护理干预前的患者按照1:1原则挑选作为对照组,比较整体护理干预前后本院妇产科患者的抢救成功率、住院时间和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分。结果 2组患者护理干预前HAMD评分和SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理干预后观察组患者HAMD评分和SDS评分相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组痊愈率100.00%,对照组为93.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.00%,对照组为15.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预可缩短妇产科失血性休克患者的住院时间、降低患者抑郁焦虑心理,提高患者痊愈率,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the holistic nursing intervention in hemorrhagic shock patients in obstetrics and gynecology department. Methods A total of 80 hemorrhagic shock patients in gynecology and obstetrics department admitted to hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 with holistic nursing were selected as the objects,and another 80 hemorrhagic shock patients without holistic nursing were as control group from January 2012 to January 2012. The success rate,length of hospitalization,Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD） score and Self-assessment Depression scale（ SDS）score were compared before and after holistic nursing intervention. Results Before nursing intervention,HAMD score and SDS score in the two groups showed no significant differences（ P 0. 05）.After nursing intervention,HAMD score and SDS score in the observation group were significant differences（ P 0. 05）. Hospitalized time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）,the cure rate in the observation group was 100. 00% and 93. 75% in the control group,the differences was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The complication rate was 5. 00% in observation group and 15. 00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can shorten the hospitalization time of patients with hemorrhagic shock in obstetrics and gynecology department,reduce depression and anxiety and improve cure rate,so it is worthy of learning.
