摘要
目的:探讨优质护理在宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗中的应用效果。方法:将104例宫颈糜烂患者随机分为观察组和对照组各52例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上实施优质护理。比较两组患者治疗效果、SF-36量表中躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能状况评分。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2个月观察组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可提高宫颈糜烂患者微波治疗的效果,改善患者生活质量。
Objective： To discuss the application effect of high quality nursing service in the microwave treatment of patients with cervical erosion. Methods： 104 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 52 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the high quality nursing service was additionally implemented in the observation group. The therapeutic effect,the scores of somatic function,psychological function and social function of SF- 36 scale were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate was 100% in the observation group and significantly higher than 88. 5%in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of somatic function,psychological function and social function of the patients were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment for 2 months（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The high quality nursing service can improve the curative effect and quality of life of the patients in the microwave treatment of cervical erosion.
