摘要
文中介绍了舟山海域海洋能开发的现状,研究了海洋能开发项目各实施阶段对通航环境的影响。从海事监管角度提出了保障海洋能开发过程中通航安全的技术措施,对提高通航安全监管水平具有一定的借鉴意义。
The paper introduces the existing conditions of marine energy exploration in the Zhoushan sea area and studies the influence of the marine energy explorations projects on the navigation environment in the different stages of implementation. Technical measures for ensuring the navigation safety during the marine energy exploration are put forward from the angle of maritime control, which can be a reference for improving the standard of navigation safety control.
