放疗结合胸腔镜全肺切除治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 非小细胞肺癌是肺组织内常见的恶性肿瘤,其原发部位以肺部最为常见,约占20%~40%[1]。肺癌一旦发生胸部转移预后极差,患者生存期平均不超过3个月,放疗可明显延长患者的生存期。本研究将作者医院收治的80例肺癌患者作为临床样本,回顾性分析不同治疗方式对其生存期的影响。1资料与方法1.1一般资料随机抽取80例非小细胞肺癌患者作为样本,男性48例,女性32例,年龄40~83岁,中位年龄60岁,≥60岁患者44例,占55%,〈60岁患者36例,占45%。
