摘要
目的：探究分析红细胞生成素（EPO）水平和风湿免疫系统疾病两者之间的关系,以便更加深入地了解风湿免疫系统疾病患者对于红细胞生成素的反应。方法：选自我院2008~2012年收治的风湿免疫系统疾病患者共50例,设为A组,同期缺铁性贫血（IDA）患者共50例,设为B组,并与我院同期体检结果显示为正常的健康人共50例,设为C组。对比三组人血常规、乳酸脱氢酶、肝肾功能以及网织红细胞计数等各项指标。结果：A组患者的血清EPO水平,相对于B组患者要低很多,两者具有显著差异性（P〈0.05）。结论：风湿免疫系统疾病因为红细胞生成素有所降低,导致出现合并贫血症状疾病,对于此类患者应用红细胞生成素治疗方法有较为突出的临床治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the analysis of erythropoietin（EPO） level and rheumatoid disease,the relationship between the immune system,in order to more in-depth understanding of erythropoietin in patients with rheumatoid immune system disease.Methods：To choose self institute of rheumatism admitted in 2008~2012,A total of 50 patients with diseases of the immune system,as A group,in the same period,A total of 50 patients with iron deficiency anemia（IDA）,set to group B,and over the same period of our hospital check-up result shows that for A total of 50 cases of normal healthy people and set as group C. Compared three groups of blood routine,lactate dehydrogenase,hepatorenal function and reticulocyte count and other indicators.Results：The serum EPO level in patients of group A,compared with group B patients were much lower,which has significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rheumatoid immune system disease because of erythropoietin is reduced,cause disease in the merger of anemia symptoms,erythropoietin treatment for such patients have a more prominent clinical curative effect.
