摘要
目的全面护理管理模式预防口腔门诊出现院内感染的效果观察。方法选取我院2013年7月~2014年6月口腔门诊患者100例,随机分为干预组和对照组,各50例,干预组进行全面护理管理模式,对照组未进行全面护理管理模式,比较两组的院内感染情况;比较两组的消毒液标准、空气质量、手部卫生、器械使用合格情况。结果干预组的口腔门诊院内感染率为2.0%显著低于对照组的26.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预组的消毒液标准、空气质量、手部卫生、器械使用合格率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论医院口腔门诊进行全面护理管理模式可有效预防院内感染,患者的感染率显著降低,确保患者安全康复,效果确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing management in the prevention of nosocomial infection of dental clinics. Methods 100 patients treated from July 2013 to June 2014 in our dental clinics were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases each group. The treatment group adopted the comprehensive nursing management. The nosocomial infection as well as the qualiifcation of disinfectants, air quality, hand hygiene and instruments of two groups was compared. Result The nosocomial infection rate of treatment group （2.0%） was signiifcantly lower than that of control group （26.0%） （P〈0.05）;the qualiifcation rate of disinfectants, air quality, hand hygiene and instruments of treatment group was signiifcantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing management in the dental clinics has an obvious effect, can effectively prevent the nosocomial infection, greatly reduce the infection rate and guarantee the patients’ safety. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
