摘要
为了考察玛咖淫羊藿配伍的安全性。通过小鼠急性经口毒性、三项遗传毒性试验(Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验)、大鼠30天喂养试验。急性经口毒性试验:将受试物加纯水制成混悬液,给予小鼠灌胃,总剂量为20000mg/kg BW(相当于人推荐日摄入量100mg/kg BW的200倍)。观察2周后未见动物有中毒症状,无动物死亡,按急性毒性分级标准评价属无毒级。遗传毒性试验:三项遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性。30天喂养试验:以分别相当于人体推荐量100、50、25倍的3个剂量的样品掺入饲料中连续给大鼠喂养30天,对各剂量组的动物体重、增重量、进食量、食物利用率、血常规指标血生化指标、脏器重量及脏器/体重比值等与对照组比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。因此玛咖淫羊藿配伍食用是安全的。
To study the security of Maca and Epimedium compound. The acute toxicity test by oral administration in mice, three terms of genetic toxicity test( Ames test, Mice bone marrow cells miemnueleus test , Mice sperm abnormality test ) , and the 30 days feeding test in rats. The subject was made mixed suspension with pure water to fill the stomachs of mice. The total dosage was 20000 mg/kg BW (corresponding to 200 times daily dosage in human). The obvious toxic symptoms and death were not found during observation for 2 weeks. It belongs to the non - toxic according to the classification standard. The three terms of genetic toxicity test showed the negative results. The 10000,5000, 2500 mg/kg BW dosages of samples (corresponding to 100, 50, 25 times daily dosage in human respectively)were added to feed before being administered to the rats for 30 days. The animals of each dose group were examined, including weight, gain weight, food intake, food utilization, blood routine, blood biochemical indicators, viscera weight and viscera/weight ratio, etc. Compared with the comrol group, the indexes of the three dose groups were not significantly different ( P 〉 0.05 ). Maca and Epimedium compound is nontoxic as a health food.
