摘要
由于煤矿的防爆要求、施工空间等条件限制,目前井下测井技术相对滞后。"矿用钻孔测井分析仪"以自然伽玛测井技术为核心,同时能够获取钻孔的自然伽玛、钻孔高分辨率视频及全方位井斜测量数据。详细叙述了该仪器的结构、设计思想、数据分析软件的自然伽玛与视频同步分析岩性的方法,以及岩性分析中存在的曲线异常问题;并且阐述了软件中如何结合岩性分析与测斜数据,实现岩层真厚计算、自然伽玛曲线的"砂泥比"曲线区分岩石的力学强度的机理、绘制孔斜剖面图与孔斜平面图、绘制钻孔预测地质剖面图的方法;指出了该技术的局限性及相关应对措施。
At present, restricted by anti-explosion requirement and construction space condition, underground logging technology is relatively outmoded. Applying natural gamma logging technology, mine borehole logging equipment could simultaneously obtain natural gamma, borehole high resolution video and comprehensive deviation measurement data. This paper introduced the equipment's struc- ture, design idea, method of simultaneously analyzing lithology with natural gamma and video in data analysis software, and curve ex- ception problem in lithology analysis. By combining lithology analysis and surveying data, it also introduced how to realize strata true thickness calculation, distinguish rock strength with " sand-to-mud" curve, plot hole deviation profile and plan figure and plot geo- logical profile plot with borehole data. Limitation of this technology and corresponding was pointed out.
