摘要
为了改善引信装配效率,实现企业信息化无纸化作业。通过对引信装配过程的研究,文章引入模块化设计思想,提出了装配MBD模型的概念,分析了装配MBD模型中信息构成,并借助管理系统将已定义的工艺信息传递出去,从而指导生产现场。在UG8.0三维环境下,应用UG_OPEN API功能模块,以VC++为工具开发装配工艺信息模型,采用Java语言对管理系统进行设计开发,实现了装配工艺信息在管理系统中的合理表达,实现了车间数字化管理。最后以某型号引信进行了实例验证。
In order to improve the efficiency of the fuse assembly,implement enterprise informationization and paperless operation. Through research of the fuse assembly process,this paper introduces the modular design thought,puts forward the concept of assembly MBD model,analyses the composition assembly in the MBD model information. The process has been defined to pass out information through the management system to guide the production site. In UG8. 0 environment,the application UG_OPEN API function modules to VC++ for the development of information modeling tool assembly process. Using Object-oriented Java language management system design and development,to achieve a reasonable expression in the assembly process information management system,to realize digital management workshop. Finally it verified in a certain type of fuse.
