摘要
本文首先介绍了"世界咖啡"的基本步骤及其与银行人力资源培训的关系;然后,结合"世界咖啡"在银行中层和基层管理者中的人力资源培训实践,进行了案例分析;接着,对"世界咖啡"在银行人力资源培训中的可改进和完善之处做了复盘分析;最后,探讨了"世界咖啡"在银行人力资源培训中的运用局限与未来展望。
This paper firstly introduces the application steps of the World Cafe and its relationship with the human resources training in the bank. Secondly, combined with the bank middle and primary manager, it carries out cases analysis with the design of HR training. Thirdly, it does FUPAN to improve the application of the World Cafe. Finally, it makes a further outlook for the limitation and development of the World Cafe in the bank.
