摘要
目的:比较与分析肺部感染患者应用连花清瘟胶囊联合西药与单纯西药治疗临床疗效。方法:62例肺部感染患者按照随机抽签法分为对照组与治疗组。对照组采用头孢曲松钠2.0 g静脉滴注或左氧氟沙星0.4 g静脉滴注;治疗组于对照组治疗基础上加用连花清瘟胶囊4粒/次,3次/d,连续治疗7 d。比较两组细菌清除和疗效及不良反应、临床指标改善及预后情况、肾功能和Ig G及T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果:治疗组临床症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清Ig G和T细胞亚群CD+3、CD+4、CD+8水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组细菌清除率和临床治疗有效率分别为93.55%(29/31)、90.32%(28/31)与对照组80.65%(25/31)、77.42%(24/31)比较(P<0.05)。两组患者血尿素氮和肌酐水平和不良反应比较(P>0.05)。结论:单纯西药与中西医联合治疗均具有一定安全性,但连花清瘟胶囊联合西药治疗肺部感染患者可改善患者免疫功能,促进患者临床症状改善,提高临床疗效和加速疾病康复。
Objective：abstract Comparison and analysis of lung infection patients with Lianhuaqingwen capsule combined with western medicine and simple western medicine treatment.Methods：62 cases of pulmonary infection in patients with randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group received ceftriaxone sodium intravenous infusion of 2.0g or 0.4g of levofloxacin intravenous infusion; treatment group in the control group treated with Lianhuaqingwen capsule 4 capsules each time,3 times / day,for 7 consecutive days.Comparison and adverse reaction of 2 groups of efficacy,bacterial clearance and improvement of clinical outcomes and prognosis of renal function,and Ig G and T lymphocyte subsets.Results：Treatment group,the clinical symptoms improved significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）; serum Ig G and T cell subsets of CD＋3,CD＋4,CD＋8levels were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The treatment group the bacterial clearance rate and clinical efficiency were 93.55%（29 /31）,90.32%（28 /31） and 80.65% in the control group（25 /31）,77.42%（24 /31） comparison（P〈0.05）.Compared 2 groups of patients with blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels and adverse reaction（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The pure western medicine and integrated traditional and Western medicine has certain safety,but the Lianhua Qingwen capsule combined with western medicine can improve the immune function of patients with lung infection,and promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy and accelerated rehabilitation.
