摘要
目的:探讨案例式PBL教学法在临床流行病学教学中的应用效果。方法:对2009级临床本科学生随机采用案例式PBL和LBL教学,应用终结性考试成绩及问卷评价教学效果。结果:实验组的总成绩和分析应用题成绩高对照组(P<0.05)。案例式PBL教学法有助于培养学生的综合能力。结论:采用案例式PBL教学法授课能够提高教学效果。
Objective:to explore the effectiveness of using PBL in clinical epidemiology teaching. Method: students enrolled in 2009 were randomly assigned into experimental group and control group. Case based PBL was used in the experimental group, while control group used conventional teaching. Test and survey were used to measure the effects. Result: the experimental group did significantly better in both paper-based test and clinical skill test (P 〈 0.05 ). Result: Case-based PBL teaching is superior to conventional teaching in clinical epidemiology teaching.
