摘要
近些年研究生教育的学术失范问题已成为影响我国研究生教育质量的重要因素。我国研究生培养实行的是导师负责制,导师的言传身教直接影响着研究生的学术行为和道德规范。以北京大学医学部研究生导师为调查对象,就研究生学术道德规范现况、教育情况、教师群体学术行为等进行了问卷调查,对高校全员育人开展研究生学术规范教育进行梳理和总结,并提出思考和建议。
In recent years, the academic misconducts of graduates has become an important factor affecting the quality of postgraduate education. Thesis advisor takes responsibility for a graduate' s education. The advisor' s words and behaviors directly influence students' the academic behavior and moral standard. This paper takes advisors in Peking University Health Science Center as the object of study, investigates the postgraduate' s ethics, education, and academic behavior by questionnaire, summarizes the current situation of graduates' ethics education, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions.
