摘要
结合数字高程模型、数字正射影像、地球地理信息系统的特点,利用海量数据处理技术及三维GIS技术,构建输电线路三维选线平台。通过在甘肃沙州—阿克塞(民主)330k VⅠ、Ⅱ回线路工程设计选线中的应用,结果表明:将三维可视化技术应用于输电线路优化选线实践中,设计技术人员可清晰,逼真的看到三维输电线路场景,克服利用传统二维地形图进行输电线路选线的不足,可优化线路路径,节省线路投资,降低人员的劳动强度,最终提高线路设计质量。
Combined with the features of the DEM, DOM and GIS system, and builds a transmission path selection 3D platform by using the skill of magnanimity data processing and 3D GIS. This platform was used in Shazhou(Gansu)-Axel (Democratic) 330kV I. II project, and the result indicates that: with the help of transmission path selection 3D platform, the electric designers can have a clearly and immersive vision about the surroundings, overcoming the disadvantages of 2D map. In addition to that, this platform has the abilities of optimizing the line route, economizing investment, reducing labor intensity and improving the design quality.
