摘要
主要介绍了双司机室HXN5型内燃机车车架的结构特点、结构参数及主结构材料等,整个车架采用了模块化设计,根据总体确定的各部件接口尺寸要求,把整个车架分为几个独立的结构模块,并对其主要结构模块前后端部和承载式燃油箱的结构设计及优化进行了详细的介绍。为验证本车架是否满足苛刻的工况载荷要求,对整个车架结构进行了强度计算和模态等分析,并进行了试验验证。计算结果以及试验结果表明,本车架的强度及模态满足了设计要求。
The paper mainly introduces the structure characteristics, structure parameters and main structure materials of HXN5 double cab diesel underframe, the underframe is a modular design, according to the interface size of each components which are defined by the overall requirements, the whole underframe is divided into several independent structure modules, the structure design and optimization of front and rear end and frameless fuel tank are introduced in detail. In order to confirm whether the underframe meets the stringent re- quirements of working condition of loads, the whole underframe is with the analysis of structure strength calculation and modal, which also were verified by tests. The results of calculation and test show that the strength and modal of the underframe have met the design requirements.
