响应面分析法优化微波辐射合成长链咪唑型离子液体 被引量:2

Optimization of Microwave Radiation Synthesis of Long Chain Imidazole-Based Ionic Liquid with Response Surface Analysis Method

摘要 以溴代十四烷、N-甲基咪唑等为原料微波辐射合成了溴代十四烷基咪唑型离子液体,采用响应面分析方法对其工艺条件进行优选,得出合成溴代十四烷基咪唑离子液体的工艺条件:反应物物质的量比为1.04,微波功率为380.33 W,微波反应时间为427.74 s;此条件下合成产品收率为94.14%。响应面分析得出各因素的主效应关系为:反应物物质的量比>微波反应时间>微波反应功率。 Tetradecyl bromo imidazole-based ionic liquid was synthesized by microwave radiation technology with bromotetradecane and N-methylimidazole,etc. as the materials. The optimum process conditions of synthesizing tetradecyl bromo imidazole-based ionic liquid were obtained by optimizing the process conditions with response surface analysis method: the microwave reaction power is 380. 33 W,the reactants molar ratio is1. 04,and the microwave reaction time is 427. 74 s. The yield of synthesized product is 94. 14% at these conditions. The order of the main effects of the affecting factors obtained by response surface analysis is: molar ratio of reactants microwave reaction time microwave reaction power.
