摘要
目的对临床上检验ABO血型鉴定的质量控制方法进行比较、讨论。方法于2012年4月采集我院医务工作者246人血液标本作为研究对象。每人采集到的血液分为2份,采集后2 h内进行ABO血型鉴定。分别采用玻片法和试管法进行ABO血型鉴定并记录,比较两种方法在检验ABO血型鉴定方面的效果。结果采用玻片法和试管法进行ABO血型鉴定,虽然存在误差,但差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床上常用检验ABO血型鉴定的玻片法和试管法均能有效准确的鉴定血液的血型。
Objective To observe and compare the quality-control methods to the clinic inspection of ABO blood grouping. Methods 246 cases of health workers＇ blood specimens were selected in April 2012. Then divided them into two copies, and taken to do the ABO blood types identification by slide method and test tube method, within two hours after being taken. Measured the comparative effectiveness of both methods. Results The testing results to ABO blood grouping by slide method and test tube method existent error, but there were not difference between the performance（P 0.05）. Conclusion The method to ABO blood grouping by slide method and test tube method are accurate and effective.
