摘要
本文报道用电聚合的方法制作高分子化8-羟基喹啉修饰玻碳电极,並研究了铜在该电极上的阳极溶出伏安特性,蓝用于血清中微量铜的测定.检出下限为0.02ng/ml.
A poly-oxine modified glass carbon electrode was prepared by electrtopolyme- rizing.On this eletrode,the behaviour of copper was investigated by anodic stripping voltammetry(ASV).By applying this method to the measurement of trace copper in serum,it reveals a detection limit of 0.02ng/ml.
