摘要 文章介绍了一种采用三节并联PIN二极管芯片实现P波段限幅器的方法,简要阐述了其工作原理及实现过程,并通过试验件的研制验证了其性能指标。试验表明该限幅器具有插入损耗小、漏功率特别小、体积小等突出优点。目前已经在P波段T/R组件中得到了良好的应用。 In this paper a mathod of designing a P-band limiter using three-section paralleling PIN diode chips was introduced, and the working principle and the realization process were present also. The limiter for experiment was designed and implemented, through which the performance is successfully approved. The practical limiter has the excellent electronic characteristics such as the low insertion loss and the low lakage power and small size. The limiter has been well applied to P-band T/R modules.
