摘要
目的对护理交接班评价量表(Handover Evaluation Scale,HES)进行汉化并对其中文版检测效度、信度。方法采用方便抽样抽取523名天津市三级甲等医院护士进行调查,运用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 17.0进行统计分析,对原量表进行修改并形成最终量表。结果中文版HES Cronbach'sα系数为0.907,量表重测信度为0.910,内容效度为0.917。探索性因子分析表明,提取的3个公因子累积方差贡献率为74.298%。验证性因子分析结果显示数据拟合良好。结论中文版护理交接班评价量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为护理交接班评价的测评工具。
Objective To translate the English version of Handover Evaluation Scale (HES) into Chinese,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of HES. Methods The reliability and validity of the Chinese version of HES was tested among 523 nurses in Tianjin. Results The Cronbaeh's ot coefficient of the Chinese version of HES was 0.907 and the test-retest reliability was 0.910;the content validity was 0.917. Three factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis and could explain 74.298% of the total variance. The confirmatory factor analysis revealed a good fit model. Conclusion The Chitlese version of HES is reliable and valid,which can be used to evaluate the process of handover among nurses.
