摘要
主要利用SWOT分析方法针对我国保税物流发展情况进行分析,结合保税物流成本现状,从物流成本核算、保税物流企业管理结构以及物流合理化等方面提出保税物流成本控制及优化方案,为进一步降低保税物流成本,提高保税物流服务水平提供借鉴。
In this paper, we applied the SWOT method to analyze the developing situation of the bonded logistics in China and in accordance with its current status, we proposed the cost control optimization schemes from perspectives of logistics cost accounting, management structure of bonded logistics enterprises, and logistics rationalization in the hope of providing some reference on cost reduction and service quality improvement.
