摘要 MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)作为一种重要的清洁汽油添加组分,采取何种有效的脱硫技术,将其硫质量分数降低到10μg/g以下,成为目前国内整个MTBE生产厂家亟需解决的问题之一。在分析MTBE中硫的来源及种类的基础上,介绍了原料脱硫技术和MTBE产品的技术。重点论述了简单蒸馏法、萃取精馏法、吸附(吸收)精馏法、反应精馏法、吸附法、生物催化法、氧化-离子液体萃取法以及渗透汽化膜分离法的MTBE产品脱硫的技术进展及原理。氧化-离子液体萃取法和渗透汽化膜分离法技术以其高效、经济、安全、清洁等优点,成为未来MTBE深度脱硫技术的最有前景的方法之一。 As methyl t-butyl ether(MTBE)was an important additive components of clean gasoline, seeking an effective deep desulfurization technology that could reduce sulfur in MTBE to less than 10μg/g was urgent for current domestic MTBE manufacturers. On the foundation of analysis of the sulfur sources and types of MTBE, the desulfurization technologies for raw materials of producing MTBE and MTBE product were reviewed. Specifically,the principles and current developments of distillation,extraction-distillation, adsorption-distillation, reaction-distillation, adsorption, biodesulfurization, oxidation-ionic liquid extraction and pervaporation technologies were introduced. As efficient,economic,safe,clean desulfurization processes,oxidation-ionic liquid extraction and pervaporation were the most promising methods for MTBE deep desulfurization.
