摘要
为提高全社会对CSI住宅理念的认识,促进CSI工业化住宅建设的发展,需要对可实现工业化建造的填充体进行科学系统地界定和细分。在阐述CSI住宅内涵、对填充体进行初步界定的前提下,结合住宅建筑工业化建造的条件,运用工程系统分解结构理论,对CSI住宅进行工程系统分解(EBS),对填充体"I"部分进行工作结构分解(WBS),得到工作结构分解成果:整体厨房、整体卫浴、内隔墙、架空地板和综合管线系统五大部品体系满足工业化建造的条件,可率先实现工业化生产及装配,以期能对CSI住宅填充体的工业化建造起到指导作用。
In order to enhance the whole society's understanding of the CSI residential building concept and promote the development of CSI industrialized residential,it is necessary to define and subdivide infill body of CSI residential scientifically and systematically,which can realize industrialized construction. This paper analyses CSI residential connotation and defines the infill body,then combines the conditions of residential industrialized construction,and uses the theory of breakdown structure of engineering system. Firstly,this study applies the tool of Engineering Breakdown Structure(EBS)to CSI residential,secondly subdivides infill body by using the tool of Work Breakdown Structure(WBS),and finally obtains the results of Work Breakdown Structure: five product system,they are integrated kitchen,integrated toilet,internal partition wall,overhead floor and the integrated pipeline system that meet the conditions of industrial construction and could conduct industrial production and assembly primarily. In short,the objective of this paper is to play a guiding role on the industrialized way of filling body of CSI residential.
