摘要
"卓越工程师人才培养计划"是我国工程教育领域一次重大举措,文章从"3I"特质的内涵出发,提出了培养具有积极人生态度、工程专业素养和综合应用能力的工程师后备人才方案,探索提高工程人才素质之路。
＂Excellence Engineer personnel training plan＂ is a major move of China＇s engineering education field. In this article, from the connotation of ＂3I＂ characteristics, the personnel training scheme has been proposed with Initiative, Industrial and Integrative specialty, to explore how to improve the quality of engineering talent.
