摘要
蒸纱锅电气控制系统是纺织行业用来使棉纱、化纤纱等外、中、内各层纱线纤维经过真空、高温、给湿等过程加热定型及提高品质的设备。本设备即自动控制在蒸纱这种生产工艺中的运用,系统主要包括控制器、检测变送单元、执行机构及被控对象四部分。通过组态软件建立组态画面,将PC机作为上位机实现人机交互功能,从而达到操作人员对工业现场的发出控制指令并实时监控的目的。
Electrical control system of yarn steaming pot is used in textile industry to heat set and improve the quality of each layer of cotton yarn fiber and chemical yarn fiber through the process of vacuum,high temperature and conditioning.This equipment is an application of automatic control in the production process of yarn steaming,which mainly includes the following four parts： controller,detecting and transmission unit,actuator,and controlled object. The design establishes configuration graphics through configuration software,achieves human- computer interaction with PC as the host machine,so that the operating personnel can send control commands to the industrial site and real- time monitoring is realized.
