摘要
我国物流产业的快速发展和国际化发展进程,驱动着我国物流人才培养向着国际化方向发展。文中分析我国高校物流管理专业国际化人才培养的现状,然后总结国外大学物流管理国际化人才培养的经验,最后提出构建我国高校物流管理专业国际化人才培养的途径与建议。探索我国物流管理专业国际化人才培养模式,有助于进一步提高国际化物流人才培养规模和水平。
The rapid development of logistics industry in China and the acceleration of globalization,drives towards internationalization logistics talent training in our country.This paper analyzes the present situation of internationalization of the training of logistics management personnel in colleges and universities,and then summarizes overseas experience of the training of logistics management talents,finally Puts forward relevant approaches and suggestions as to establishing the internationalized training mode of logistics talents in Chinese colleges and universities,exploring the specialized training mode of internationalized logistics management and further promoting the training standard and scale of international logistics talents.Exploring the internationalization of logistics management professional training mode,helps to further improve the logistical personnel training scale and level.
