摘要
为建立副溶血弧菌毒力评价的动物模型,研究通过混合正交试验,用不同浓度和致病性的副溶血弧菌采取腹腔注射和灌胃的方式感染4周龄的小鼠,观察小鼠的精神状态并计算一段时间内小鼠的死亡率,分析不同因素对副溶血弧菌致病性强弱的影响.结果表明,影响小鼠死亡率的因素顺序为:感染途径>菌液浓度>菌株毒力;采用副溶血弧菌ATCC 17802浓度为7.5×107cfu/m L的菌液对小鼠进行腹腔注射,小鼠精神状态最差,死亡率最高.
Aimed to establish an animal model to evaluate the virulence of Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains, a mixed orthogonal test was designed to infect four -week old mice with different concentrations and virulences of Vibrio paraheamolyticus through intraperitoneal injection and orogastric inoculation .The symptoms and mortality were observed to analysis the toxicity of V.paraheamolyticus.The results demonstrated that the order of factors influencing the mortality is methods of infection , concentration of bacterium and toxicity of strains .The mice in-traperitoneally injected with 7.5 ×107 cfu/mL V.parahaemolyticus ATCC 17802 appeared the poorest mental state and highest mortality .
