摘要
随着社会发展,素质拓展越来越成为各个高校关注的焦点,知识、能力以及素质三位一体是当今大学生人才培养质量的综合评价指标。为培养和提高研究生的基本实验技能、科研素养、管理能力以及创新能力等综合素质,教学实习一直被列为我校研究生的必选课之一。教学实习不仅使我们感悟到教师职责的神圣,而且对我们责任心和科研能力的培养,理论知识的夯实,基本实验技能的提高等都起到了非常重要的作用。主要针对教学实习过程中的感悟与收获做概括和总结。
With the development of society, more and more universities pay attention on inner quality. The content of evaluation on graduates contains knowledge, ability and inner quality. In order to culture and improve graduate students＇basic experimental skill, scientific research trait, as well as management capability. Practice teaching has been listed as one of the required courses for the graduate students in our university. We realize the heavenliness of teacher responsibility from practice teaching. And teaching internship plays a significant role for us in culturing responsibility and scientific research ability, enhancing theory knowledge and basic experimental skill. The paper concludes the realization and gains during practice teaching.
