摘要
目的：观察对非小细胞肺癌患者联合应用培美曲塞、顺铂治疗的疗效。方法选取2010年2月~2014年2月我院肿瘤内科收治的非小细胞肺癌患者60例，分为实验组和对照组各30例，实验组联合应用培美曲塞、顺铂治疗，对照组联合应用吉西他滨、顺铂治疗，比较两组的疗效及毒副反应。结果两组非小细胞肺癌临床治疗有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（50.0%v s 46.7%，P〈0.05），但实验组中性粒细胞减少、贫血、血小板减少、胃肠道反应等发生程度轻于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论培美曲塞结合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效满意，安全性好，值得临床进一步应用、推广。
Objective To observe the practical effects of pemetrexed combined cisplatin on patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to the department of tumor in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2014 were selected. They were assigned to experiment group of 30 pa-tients and control group of 30 patients. The experiment group pemetrexed and cisplatin, and the control group was treated with gemcitabine and cisplatin. Curative effects and the adverse effects of lung cancer between the two groups were compared. Results Effective rate of clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer between the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant（50.0%v s 46.7%,P〈0.05）. However,the degree of adverse effects in experiment group, such as neutropenia, anemia, thrombocytopenia and gastrointestinal reaction, was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer has a satisfactory effect and a favor-able safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
