摘要
目的：探讨聚乙二醇干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗慢性丙肝的护理要点。方法选取2013年2月～2014年2月于我院就诊的32例慢性丙肝患者作为本次研究的对象，所有患者均采用聚乙二醇干扰素联合利巴韦林治疗，护理措施主要有心理护理、消化道症状护理、感冒症状护理、白细胞降低护理、脱发护理以及出院护理等。结果所有患者均完成全程治疗，通过护理缓解了痛苦，加快患者恢复。结论对慢性丙肝患者实施有效的护理干预，是保障治疗成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the pegylated interferon plus ribavirin （nursing key points of the treatment of chronic hepatitis c. Methods Selected in February 2013 to February 2013 in our hospital of 32 cases of chronic hepatitis c patients as the research object, all patients were using polyethylene glycol （peg） interferon plus ribavirin treatment, nursing measures mainly include psychological care, gastrointestinal symptoms, cold symptoms nursing, white blood cells reduce hospital care, hair care and nursing, etc. Results All patients underwent treatment all the way, through nursing to alleviate the pain, to speed up the patients recovery. Conclusion Effective nursing intervention in patients with chronic hepatitis c, is the key to ensure successful treatment.
