摘要
目的：探讨卵巢囊肿蒂扭转使用腹腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法对我院2012-2014年接收的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者进行研究分析，评价腹腔镜手术治疗效果。结果全部患者接受腹腔镜手术治疗的时间平均是（65.1±16.4）min，出血量5-140 ml，术后没有出现并发症病例。术后病理研究表明，有32例畸胎瘤，占总数的78.05%，单纯囊肿4例，占总数的9.76%，粘液性囊腺瘤1例，占总数的2.44%，甲状腺肿、巧克力囊肿、卵巢管囊肿均有1例，还有一例未知原因病例。患者平均术后通气时间（27.5±11.2）h，导尿留置时间（11.5±10.0）h，平均住院时间（4.5±1.1）d。结论卵巢囊肿蒂扭转使用腹腔镜治疗，快速、准确、有效，出血量少。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation on ovarian cyst torsion. Methods Analyzed the cases of ovarian cyst torsion in our hospital from 2012 to 2014,and evaluated the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation. Results The average operation time was（65.1±16.4） min. The amount of bleeding ranged from 5-140 ml. Postoperative complications were none. The pathological studies after operation showed that 32 cases of teratoma,78.05% of the total,4 cases of simple cyst,9.76% of the total,1 cases of mucinous cystadenoma,2.44% of the total,1 cases of goiter,1 cases of chocolate cyst,1 cases of ovarian duct cyst,and one cases of unknown reason. The average postoperative ventilation time was（27.5±11.2） h,indwel ing catheter time was（11.5±10.0）h,and average hospital stay was（4.5±1.1）d. Conclusion The treatment of laparoscopic operation on ovarian cyst torsion can be wide clinical application,because of fasty,accuraty,effect and less bleeding.
