摘要 为了探究维护初中教师心理健康的有效策略,切实帮助初中教师更好地自我成长,服务于教育教学工作,忻州七中《维护中学教师心理健康的途径与策略》课题组以忻州市忻府区全体初中教师为研究对象,综合运用问卷、访谈及行动研究等方法开展调查研究。研究实践表明:初中教师由于承受着多方面的心理压力,容易产生不同程度的心理障碍;初中教师可从科学认识心理健康问题、理性看待自我与成败、发展健康人际关系等七个方面进行心理健康的自我维护与调适。 To find out the effective strategies that improve teachers' mental health and also help teachers perfect themselves and com- plete the teaching task better, the team in No. 7 middle school which has an aim to improve the mental health of teachers, makes sur- veys of all the junior high school teachers in Xinfu district of the City of Xinzhou by papers, talking or action researching. The result shows that because of too much pressure, all the junior high school teachers more or less have the psychological barriers. The teachers might solve the problems of mental health from the following seven aspects, knowing mental health deeply through scientific ways, fa- cing success and failure rationally, developing healthy relationships, etc.
