无创气道咳痰机辅助治疗肋骨骨折致无力咳痰患者排痰效果观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察无创气道咳痰机辅助治疗肋骨骨折致无力咳痰患者的排痰效果。方法将42例肋骨骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各21例。对照组采用常规胸部物理疗法(主要包括体位引流、雾化吸入、翻身叩背、振动排痰);观察组采用常规胸部物理疗法+无创气道咳痰机协助排痰。观察并比较两组患者短期内肺通气功能改善情况及治疗1 h内累计排痰量。结果两组患者治疗后FEV1/FVC,血氧饱和度及咳痰量均增加,呼气末二氧化碳分压降低,观察组改变更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创气道咳痰机协助排痰,可改善肺通气功能,减少二氧化碳的潴留,对促进痰液排出、维持血氧饱和度具有积极作用。
