摘要
目的比较在椎体成形术中注入高黏度或低黏度骨水泥治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2009年1月至2014年8月深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院骨科收治的胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者40例,根据治疗措施,将其分为低黏度骨水泥组(n=20)和高黏度骨水泥组(n=20)。观察两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分、Cobb角以及骨水泥渗漏率、术后手术椎体或非手术椎体再骨折的情况。结果低黏度骨水泥组和高黏度骨水泥组的VAS评分、ODI评分和Cobb角差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高黏度骨水泥组术后并发症发生率均低于低黏度骨水泥组(P<0.05)。结论采用高黏度骨水泥行椎体成形术治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性压缩性骨折能明显降低骨水泥渗漏率,具有更好的疗效及预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high and low viscosity bone cement in vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures. Methods 40 cases with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures in our hospital orthopedic surgery department were analyzed. They were divided into two groups by different viscosity bone cement, high viscosity bone cement group of 20 cases, tow viscosity bone cement group of 20 cases. The pain relief (VAS scores), spinal function improvement (ODI scores), injured vertebral height restoration (Cobb Angle) and bone cement leakage rate,postoperative fractural incidence of vertebra with or without surgical treatment were examined and compared. Results The VAS score,ODI score,Cobb angle of high viscosity bone cement group were better compared with the low viscosity bone cement group, the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). The incidence of postoperative complication in high viscosity bone cement group was lower than that of low viscosity bone cement group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with low viscosity bone cement, high viscosity bone cement applied in vertebroplasty for treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures could reduce bone cement leakage rate. The clinical effect of high viscosity bone cement is obviously better and prognosis is good.
