摘要
分析影响潍坊地区蔬菜质量安全的因素,包括生产过程、大气及水污染、蔬菜流通和销售环节监管制度有效性等方面内容,以促进蔬菜质量安全的提高。
Influencing factors of vegetables quality safety were analyzed,including production process,atmospheric and water pollution,validity of supervision sYstem of vegetable distribution and sales, etc. It could promote vegetables quality safety.
