环境因子对烟粉虱子代发育历期的影响 被引量:3

The impact of environmental factors on development period of sweet potato whitefly,Bemisia tabaci( Gennadius) F1generation

摘要 温度、湿度、光周期和寄主植物是影响烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)生长发育的重要环境因子,本研究采用正交试验设计,分析了各因子对烟粉虱子代发育历期的影响作用。结果表明:(1)温度、寄主对烟粉虱的子代发育历期有极显著的影响(P<0.01),而湿度、光周期的影响显著(P<0.05)。各因子影响作用大小顺序为温度(F=427.1,P=0.000)>寄主(F=265.8,P=0.000)>湿度(F=28.8,P=0.010)>光周期(F=17.8,P=0.020)。(2)各因子配对分析结果表明:23℃条件下的子代历期要长于25℃、27℃、29℃,4个温度处理间差异均极显著(P<0.01)。甘蓝寄主上烟粉虱子代发育历期最短;与番茄和一品红处理间差异极显著(P<0.01)。低湿利于缩短烟粉虱子代发育历期,RH 50%条件下的子代历期要短于其它3个湿度,与RH70%处理间差异极显著(P<0.01),与RH 60%、RH 80%处理间差异显著(P<0.05)。光周期12∶12时,发育历期短于其它3个光周期,与14∶10处理间差异极显著(P<0.01);12∶12与10∶14、16∶8处理间差异显著(P<0.05)。(3)当寄主为甘蓝、温度29℃、湿度50%、光周期12∶12时,发育历期最短,此环境因子组合可用于指导室内饲养烟粉虱。 Temperature,humidity,photoperiod and host plants were the important environment factors which influenced the development of sweet potato whitefly( Bemisia tabaci Gennadius),we used the orthogonal experiment design to analyze the impact of each factor on the B. tabaci F1 generation development. The results showed that as followed: The temperature and host had extremely significant influences on the F1 generation development of B. tabaci( P 〈 0. 01),while humidity and photoperiod had significant influence( P 〈 0. 05). The affect order was that temperature( F = 427. 1,P = 0. 000)〉 host( F = 265. 8,P = 0. 000) 〉 humidity( F = 28. 8,P = 0. 010) 〉 photoperiod( F = 28. 8,P =0. 020). Paired comparison analysis results of 4 single factors showed that: under 23℃, the F1 generation duration was longer than the others temperature,there was extremely significant difference between each temperature treatments( P 〈 0. 01). On the cabbage plant( Brassica oleracea L. var.capitata L.),the generation period was the shortest than others plant hosts, there was extremelysignificant difference of development period between cabbage( B. oleracea var. capitata) and tomato( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.),poinsettia( Euporbia pulcherrima Willd. ex Klotzsch)( P 〈 0. 01).Lower humidity was favorable for shorten the whitefly offspring developmental period,under 50% RH,the generation duration was shorter than the others humidity,there was extremely significant differences between 50% RH and 70% RH( P 〈 0. 01),significant differences between 50% RH and 60% RH,80% RH( P 〈 0. 05). For the photoperiod factors,the development under 12 ∶ 12( L ∶ D) photoperiod was the shortest than the others,there was extremely significant differences between 12 ∶ 12( L ∶ D)photoperiod and 14 ∶ 10 photoperiod( P 〈 0. 01); significant differences between 12 ∶ 12( L ∶ D)photoperiod and 10∶14,16∶ 8 photoperiod( P 〈 0. 05). In summary,there was a shortest development period under the combination of cabbage host plant,temperature 29℃,RH 50% and photoperiod( L∶ D= 12∶12),and this factor combination could be used as a guild for whitefly rearing in laboratory.
