摘要
目的:探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗胫前骨外露的护理方法。方法:以40例胫前骨外露患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用VSD治疗,并接受心理干预、创面护理、引流管护理等综合护理,观察患者术后创面修复及骨折愈合情况,统计护理满意度。结果:40例患者经VSD治疗及综合护理后,均达到创面修复及骨性愈合。患者对护理技能和护理态度满意率分别为97.5%、95.0%。结论:VSD配合综合护理治疗胫前骨外露,效果显著而且护理满意度高,值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the nursing experiences of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD） in the treatment of anterior tibial bone exposure.Method：40 patients with anterior tibia bone exposure treated with VSD were received the comprehensive nursing including psychological intervention,wound surface nursing, drainage tube nursing, and so on.The postoperative wound repair, healing of fracture and nursing satisfaction were observed.Result：After VSD treatment and comprehensive nursing care, 40 patients were reached the wound repair and bone healing.The satisfaction rate of nursing skills and nursing attitude was 97.5%, 95.0% respectively.Conclusion：VSD combined with comprehensive nursing care in treatment of anterior tibial bone exposure have obvious effect and high nursing satisfaction, is worth the clinical promotion.
