摘要
目的:探讨手法配合穴位注射对腰腿痛患者血液循环及治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2012年3月—2014年6月收治的93例腰腿痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(48例),对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组予以中医正骨手法配合分层穴位注射治疗,比较两组患者血液流变指标变化及治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后全血黏度(WBV)、红细胞聚集指数(EAI)、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞刚性指数(ERI)等血液流变学指标以及VAS疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,3、6个月后复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手法配合穴位注射有助于改善血液循环,缓解疼痛,减少复发率,提高治疗效果。
Objective：To stduy the influence on blood circulation and curative effect of acupuncture point injection combined with manipulation in the treatment of patients with lumbocrural pain. Method ：93 patients with lumboerural pain in our hospital from 2012 March -2014 June were randomly divided into control group （45 cases） and observation group （48 cases） , control group given conventional therapy, observation group given TCM Massage Combined with acupoint in- jection for the treatment of stratification, the blood rheology changes and the effect of treatmen were compared between the two groups. Results ： The blood theology indexes of the whole blood viscosity （ WBV ） , erythroeyte aggregation index （EAI）, plasma viscosity （PV）, erythrocyte rigidity index （ERI） and VAS pain scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the total efficiency of treatment and the re- lapse rate after 3, 6 months were obviously better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Methods combined with Acupoint Injection on patients with lumbocrural pain blood theology index has important role in adjusting, can significant- ly improve blood circulation, relieve pain, reduce the recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
