摘要 将制动盘主要几何尺寸与频率之间的关系作为研究对象,探索制动盘主要尺寸影响频率的灵敏度值。在ANSYS-PDS模块中,将制动盘的几何尺寸作为可靠性分析的随机输入参数,频率作为随机输出参数,用蒙特卡罗法进行概率分析,得出各几何参数对频率影响的灵敏度图,在灵敏度图中可以直观看出各设计参数对频率的影响程度。该分析结果为制动盘结构设计及优化提供了一定的参考。 The research object was the relationship between the main geometric dimensions of the brake disc and the frequency, to ex- plore how the disk brake main dimensions affected the sensitivity of the frequency. In the ANSYS-PDS, the geometric dimensions of the brake disc were regarded as the random input parameters of reliability analysis, the random frequencies was regarded as the output parameters, the Monte Carlo method was used to analyze the probability, and the charts of the sensitivity about the impact of the geometric parameters on the frequencies were obtained. The influences of the design parameters to the frequencies can be seen intuitively from the sensitivity charts. The a- nalysis results provide reference for the structure design and optimization of the brake disc.
