摘要
随着地下空间开发和高层建筑的发展,深基坑施工与日俱增。大部分深基坑工程处于城市中密集的高层建筑群内,不仅施工场地狭小,工程基础与周边建筑物基础紧密相连,基坑开挖过程容易造成周边地下水渗漏,引发周围土体变形,引起周围建筑物的沉降,严重的影响地下工程的施工质量、施工效率、施工环境、施工安全。针对以上问题,本文结合实际工程案例,提出一种新型的基坑止水方式—全套管咬合砂浆止水桩基坑止水技术,并对全套管咬合砂浆止水桩性能、施工工艺及实际工程应用效果进行研究,以供类型工程借鉴。
