摘要
试验从四川省攀枝花市朱家包包钒钛磁铁矿区的表层土壤中筛选出21株钒抗性微生物,经16S r RNA基因测序鉴定可知,筛选所得的微生物分别属于放线菌纲、α-变形菌纲、β-变形菌纲和γ-变形菌纲。这些菌株的获得将为钒污染地区微生物资源的开发利用及矿区生态修复提供理论和技术支持。
21 strains of microorganisms with vanadium-resistance were screened from the surface soil at ZhuJiaBaoBao V-Ti- bearing magnetite, Panzhihua. The results of sequencing I6S rRNA gene showed that these bacterial strains were belonged to Actinobacteridae, α-proteobaeteria, β-proteobacteria and γ-proteobacteria, respectively. It will provide a theoretical and experimental supports for future exploitation of microbial resource in vanadium-polluted area and bioremediation of the vanadium mine area.
