摘要 该研究利用耦合相消原理设计了一种吸收式可调带阻滤波器。在传统耦合相消结构的基础上,提出了一种新的结构,通过增加耦合结构的阶数以及增大耦合支路中谐振器的电长度,使得滤波器阻带特性的Q值增大,从而提高了滤波器的选择性。通过调节加载在谐振器上变容二极管的偏置电压,实现滤波器带阻中心频率可调。并对实测结果和仿真结果进行了探讨。 Combining with coupling cancellation principle, an absorptive tunable bandstop filter (BSF) is designed in this paper. Based on the traditional structure of the coupling cancellation, the filter with high quality-Factor can be acquired by increasing the order of coupling structure and the electrical length of the resonators in coupling branch. Then, the selectivity of the filter is increased. The center frequen- cies of the BSF is tunable by adjusting the bias voltage value of the variable capacitance diodes in the resonators. The insert loss of the filter is less than 0.44dB. In the stopband range, the return loss is more than 10 dB, while the stopband rejection maintains 15 dB, and the absorptive feature is demonstrated. Over the tuning range 5.17 GHz -5.56 GHz, the minimum -3 dB bandwidth is 120 MHz and the minimum - 3 dB stopband fractional bandwidth is 2. 32%, and high selectivity of the filter is achieved. Good agreement between measured and simulated frequency responses can be obtained.
