摘要
目的:探讨中药穴位贴敷对咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:采用对照、随机的原则将CVA的患者分为对照组和治疗组各48例,两组患者均应用舒利迭吸入,治疗组同时给予中药穴位贴敷,3年为1个疗程,观察患者临床症状、体征、肺功能的改善情况。结果:治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷对CVA疗效确切。
Ohjeetive： To investigate the acupoint application of Chinese herb on cough variant asthma （ CVA ） clinical curative effect. Methods ： Using the principle of random, control of the CVA patients were divided into treatment group and control group with 48 cases in each group, two groups of patients using Seretide inhalation, the treatment group also received aeupoint application of Chinese herb, 3 years for 1 courses, to improve the situation observed in patients with clinical symptoms, signs, pulmonary function. Results： The clinical curative effect treated group is better than the control group, with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The acupoint application of Chinese herb is effective to CVA.
