大涡模拟与RNG κ-ε模型对离心泵数值计算的适用性比较 被引量:1

Contrast between Applications of LES Model and of RNG κ-ε Model to Centrifugal Pump Numerical Calculation

摘要 在泵试验结果的基础上,以低比转速离心泵M23-12.5为对象,将RNGκ-ε模型和LES模型计算得到的外特性曲线与试验曲线进行对比。研究结果表明:两种模型均可用于低比转速离心泵数值模拟计算,大涡模拟模型模拟结果与试验值吻合较好,更适宜预测低比转速离心泵外特性曲线。 Based on the test results of the centrifugal pump M23-12.5,the outside characteristic curve and the test curve calculated through the large eddy simulation (LES) model and RNG κ-ε model were contrasted. The results showed that the two models were applicable to the numerical simulation of a centrifugal pump with low specific speed, but the simulated results of the IrES model was more consistent with the experimental value and more suitable to for the forecast of the outside characteristic curve of the centrifugal pump with low specific speed.
