摘要
某减压渣油出口管线运行5年后出现腐蚀穿孔,造成一定的经济损失,因此有必要对整条管线进行全面的评定,以保证管线能在一个检修周期内能安全平稳运行。通过对管线的分析,发现材料的珠光体显微组织已经中度球化;通过对管线的强度校核,得出除?789?管线外,其它管线仍可继续使用且最低使用寿命大于49个月,这为设备的安全运行提供了理论依据。
A vacuum residue outlet pipeline generated corrosion perforation after operating for five years, which led to much economic loss. So it is necessity to carry out the safety assessment of the pipelines so as to ensure them safe operation in a service periodicity. Analysis of the vacuum residue pipeline found that metallurgical structure had changed into moderate spherical pearlite. Strength checking of the pipelines showed that, except for the? 89×7 pipelines, the vacuum residue outlet pipelines can be used unceasingly,the minimum service life is over forty nine months. The paper can provide theoretical base for safety operation of the equipment.
